Plymouth DPW announces Sandwich Street, Beaver Dam Road paving operations

PLYMOUTH The town of Plymouth’s Department of Public Works seeks to notify residents and visitors that, starting on July 27, paving contractor Rochester Bituminous will conduct milling, leveling and paving work on Sandwich Street and Beaver Dam Road.
Barring inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances, work is expected to take place on weekdays between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., in accordance with the following schedule:
Sandwich Street, from Wellingsley Avenue to Warren Avenue:
July 27: Final Paving of Roadway Surface
Beaver Dam Road, from Old Sandwich Road to Farnham Drive:

PLYMOUTH The town of Plymouth’s Department of Public Works seeks to notify residents and visitors that, starting on June 7, paving contractor Rochester Bituminous will begin roadway milling and leveling operations in preparation for the pavement of Sandwich Street, Nook Road and North Street.
Barring inclement weather and unforeseen circumstances, work is expected to take place on weekdays between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., in accordance with the following schedule:

June 7: Milling of Roadway Surface

it to stop. it s crazy we got snow on first day of spring i ve been through winter in washington, d.c. and the weather has been crazy, it s been all over the place, gets hot and cold. i m looking forward to spring but this is really not the first day of spring i d imagine. ron allen is joining along i-95, right now it looks like you are at a nice little rest stop. how are things looking? reporter: it s a nice little rest stop you should try it out some time. it s lovely. but we stopped because you can see the snow better. this is the oncoming traffic coming up 95 going south. and it s starting to snow. the snow has picked up. we ve been driving through rain snow, sleet and right now it is snowing here. the temperature though is around freezing a little bit above freezing. you can see the roadway surface is not piling up it s not accumulating much.
