After months of partial closures and uncertainty, restaurant and bar owners in the Portland metro area could open for indoor dining Friday for the first time since November.
KATU News spoke with several people who said being back inside was a step toward normalcy. Restaurants could open to 25% capacity. It’s nice to see all the precautions being taken. I feel comfortable being inside, especially with restaurants working so hard to make it safe for everyone, said Elise Boecker.
Indoor dining made a comeback at the perfect time for those who wanted to get out of the snow.
