The Seth Concert Series – Jessica Vosk | Review

Despite being based in New Jersey,
Jessica Vosk didn’t find herself going for roles on Broadway in her school days. Her parents, she muses, wanted her to have a childhood and not be put under the stresses and strains of doing shows. But this carried on into adulthood. Belonging to a family of grafters, she was raised in an environment where people went out to work and did jobs irrespective of whether or not they enjoyed whatever it was they did for a living. But they paid the bills and kept themselves going. The notoriously unstable nature of the entertainment industry, therefore, wasn’t exactly palatable to Vosk’s parents, and she went off to university and graduated with a degree in Communications and Public and Investor Relations.
