Carollo Properties LLC has dubbed the development Villa di Lusso, Italian for “luxury villas.” The firm hopes to start construction in spring 2021, possibly in April, according to its application to the city’s Building Department.
The homes, each containing four floors, will measure either 3,050 or 3,770 square feet and will stand on a 1.1-acre, long, “bowling-alley lot” that now contains a vacant one-family ranch house.
