California s long list of November ballot measures produced a mixed bag of results on the criminal justice front.
Voters rejected the ending of cash bail offered in Prop 25. They also opted not to pass Prop 20, a tough-on-crime measure that would have potentially added to prison populations.
But voters did pass Prop 17, which restores voting rights to felons while they are on parole. The
