They then believe that they came into the district on 295 and right around 8 45 thats when someone in the other vehicle opened fire on the suv. There were two men inside one of those men was killed he is still inside the vehicle here on the scene. The other person was transported to the hospital with bullet wounds. Now, there were a lot of people in the area obviously, because of the hour the middle of rush hour. Lots of people we got lots of 911 calls. The problem is they didnt get a lot of detailed information about the other vehicle involved how many other suspect there is may be and they want people who were in the area and saw something, police want you to give them a call and provide them with those details. As usually happens, coming into more stable air, all associated with a cold front leading ep of this just about to come into the panhandle of West Virginia. Southern extent of it now down to just west of roanoke. This northern part of it now coming into frostburg. This is the line here thats just east of elkins. A home in the 1,100 block of 18th street early this morning. It was a neighbor who alerted police. Right now police are saying her death is suspicious. We expect more information later this morning and well have more on this tonight on news 4 at 4 00 5 00 and 6 00. A manhunt is under way in Montgomery County for the suspect in a violent gas station robbery. Chopper 4 captured the aftermath on tape and news 4s molette green joins us live with the latest from the scene. Reporter barbara good morning. Yes, crime scene tape all gone now. This gas station is back open for business. No sign as you said of the suspect. Now, police were able to watch the Surveillance Video inside the gas station which captures the robbery go down but the suspect had his face covered. All of this happening during a shift change this morning just after 6 30 here at colesville road and university boulevard.
