BRISTOW, Okla. -
The City of Bristow is proposing a one cent sales tax on the April 6th ballot to help build a new hospital. The current hospital is 66 years old and city leaders say this is a chance for voters to invest in the future.
Bristow Mayor Rick Pinson said a new hospital is essential for growth for the city of Bristow, and he hopes voters will see the importance of keeping it open. If you don t have that facility here, it could be a life and if we can save one life, it will be worth it all,” said Pinson.
