The second round of structural audits of 15 high-rises in Gurgaon is stuck as developers haven’t paid the fee required for the tests. Action will be taken if the fee is not paid. Audits were ordered after a collapse in a society last year. Three audits have been completed and reports submitted.
However the RWA is unhappy with the process, claiming that the residents and the structural audit agency are not being kept in the loop with regards to methodology and other updates.
