Guest column: The manifold benefits of reading

13 Dec, 2020 - 05:13 PM IST     |     By Prasad Shejale     MUMBAI: “The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” Dr Seuss. The above quote is so true. I always feel that there are so many books but very little time to read. Well, I am a voracious reader and read over 30books every year. But my heart always asks for more or, as I say, dilmaange more. I love reading non-fiction books mostly, but sometimes fiction entices me too, especially when it’s a recommendationfrom my elder daughter.  Books for me are not just a way of looking for solutions to problems we face, but also to discover various undefined issues we might be facing.
