CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Officials with the Charleston Police Department will be holding a press conference in regards to a shooting that took the life of a 58-year-old man.
The Friday afternoon press conference will be about the death of Wayne Wade who was shot at the Bridgeview Apartments in Charleston on Jan. 17.
Wade died from his gunshot wound on Feb. 2.
In addition to the police, Wade’s widow is scheduled to attend the presser, according to police.

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) - Charleston Police are seeking clues in a shooting last month at an apartment complex last month that became the cityâs first homicide of the new year.
The shooting happened at Bridgeview Apartments on Jan. 17 at approximately 7:45 p.m.
Two people were wounded in the shooting.
One of them, 58-year-old Wayne Wade, was shot in the neck, investigators say.
