Campbell county dispatchers received several frantic calls from drivers some who saw a car get hit and fall off that bridge and into the ohio river. Right now Officials Say the river is to dangerous for search crews to go in to get the car and look for whoever may have gone off with it. Several concerned drivers who were stuck in traffic as the interstate was closed called dispatchers saying they saw a red suv flip over the side of the bridge and into the water. Now police have an idea where the car is but theyre cant confirm what type of car it is or if anyone was inside. A Warren County stepmom is in custody this morning after police say she put her four yearolds legs in boiling water as punishment. That boy later died. 9 on your sides Kristen Swilley is live from the Warren County courthouse with what charges shes facing. Four year old Austin Derreck Cooper was put to bed early tuesday night. But never woke up. His step mom found him not breathing the next morning. After she placed his legs in scalding water as punishment. Emergency responders arrived soon after and he was rushed to atrium hospital. But was pronounced dead. That stepmom anna ritchie is now charged with child endangering. Thats a Second Degree felony. She is also being held on 100thousand dollars bond in the Warren County jail. An autopsy will be conducted to determine ritchie is due in Franklin Municipal Court tomorrow at noon.
