Chemical spill that has contaminated the local water supply. Now hundreds of thousands of people in the state capital of charleston cant drink or even bathe. It it all came to light yesterday morning when the Industrial Company Freedom Industries reported a leak from one of their containers, a chemical leaking right into the elk river.
