Good morning. Good morning. Good morning, everyone. As we begin our final day of consideration of the fy21 spending bills, id like to thank you all for your kind words and well wishes and ask you, please, to indulge me in just a few more reflections. I came to congress in 1989, one of just 31 women in the house and senate and to this committee in 1993 alongside only six other women under the 64member panel. This continues with the Discretionary Program under sequestration including programs with the subcommittee such as operation of the federal prison system, which you cannot shut down. The fbi team that is working with regards to benghazi, says that all that who are working counterterrorism, we have seen storms hit this nation. To shut that down, our nation is in serious financial trouble, and it is well past the time we put everything, everything on the Table Including entitlements and agreed to a longterm bath solution which includes an end to sequestration. Hopefully the 76 days provided in the resolution from the chairman would provide enough time for an overall agreement to be reached, and allow for regular proration bills or fiscal year 2014. I urge my fellow members of congress to support this c. R. We need to fulfill our basic constitutional duty. I yield back the balance of my time. The gentle woman from new york is recognized. We reserve. The gentleman
