Of its kind built in the United States since the 1970s. Projects of this size and scope strengthen our economy, create new jobs, and serve as investment in both our state and our people. This factory located in the eastern panhandle will create 1,000 jobs during the initial construction phase. Once fully operational, it is projected to employ the companys fifth largest workforce in the entire country. Weve worked hard to bring these jobs to West Virginia for West Virginians. And now they need to be filled. Thats why more than a year before production begins, p g has partnered with Blue Ridge Community and Technical College to create specialized Training Programs to meet workforce needs. These certificate and degree programs are preparing students for careers in engineering, Computer Science and electronics, and training students to become skilled check chemical operator technicians. These types of investments dont happen overnight. Theyre the result of the hard work and positive changes weve made over the years. With overhauling our workers compensation, and Companies Operating here have saved more than 323 million since the program was privatized in 2006. We reformed medical malpractice and improved our legal climate. Weve enacted gradual reductions in our business and consumer taxes. And since i took office, we have saved employers and West Virginiaians more than 225 million. Water we have in missouri and we need to protect the quality of water have in our state. All across our state drinking and Wastewater Treatment systems, many built decades ago are starting to fall apart. If youve ever had a pipe burst in your basement, or a cracked maintain your subdivision, you know how costly and annoying that can be. Thats what my budget this year includes 70 million, funds already approved by the voters and the legislature, to rebuild these aging Water Systems now and ensure that we leave missouris water better than we found them. Our 87 state parks and Historic Sites have been recognized as the finest in the nation for camping, hiking bicycling and paddling, with millions of visitors every year. This is the year, this year, is our opportunity to update and renovate our state park cabins and lodges with special attention to preserving the Historic Structures bui
