Petition to save Bridge 234 as Bellway Homes submits planning application for zone seven of Elsea Park More than 700 people have signed a petition to preserve a historical bridge threatened with demolition. Bellway Homes has applied for planning permission to build 373 new properties in zone seven of the Elsea Park development, the final area left at the site.
