A Lake County jury found a 41-year-old man guilty last week of fatally striking a pedestrian while under the influence of drugs in 2021 in northwest suburban Ingleside.
Brian J. King, of Ingleside, pleaded not guilty Monday to reckless homicide and other charges related to striking a pedestrian who later died of his injuries in June 2021, authorities said.
A 40-year-old man had numerous drugs in his system when he fatally struck a pedestrian last year in Northwest suburban Ingleside, according to the Lake County Sheriff's Office.
