A few days ago we had our first president ial debate, and i said i was happy to be there, and that my presence on the stage marked some of the tremendous progress we have made as a Latino Community. But the most powerful thing i learned about this pain is that it is that its razorsharp edges that i was able to lean in and create a space, with help and support, to trust my body again, to start to live and breathe and move and create.
