College is arrested and faces felony charges for sexually assaulting his teammate. Prosecutors say the incident happened in Lawrence Gaines room in oaks hall at carthage after the two men returned from an offcampus party. The victim was reportedly intoxicated when the assault happened. The victim says he passed out and once he regained consciousness, he ran from the room.
