Americares Prepares Shipments for Texas Cold Weather Crisis Emergency Shipments Headed To Texas Stamford, Conn. – Feb. 19, 2021 – Americares is preparing emergency shipments of bottled water, medicine and relief supplies for Texas families and local health centers affected by the severe winter weather that has wreaked havoc across the state.
