I saw a very distraught driver who was you know, obviously, appeared to be the driver of the accident and just from talking to people i understood that you know she clearly hit two people in the crosswalk. Witnesses tell fox 25 moments after the crash the two women werent even moving. The driver of the car was seen panicking. She looked to be a woman in maybe her late 50s early 60s.
