Store last night. Arcan cetin was taken into custody in the city of oak harbor. He was unarmed and appeared zombie like. He is accused of killing a teenaged girl, three women and a man last night. Investigators are at the beginning of piecing together a motive. Im not going to rule out anything at this point. We are 24 hours into what he is and just got him into custody. I want to show you the police presence. Were on mccallaster. Police are saying a man indicated he may want to harm himself or others and that brought police here. San Francisco Police say it began at noon, they secured the perimeter and it started. They have to assume the gun is loaded. They are trying to establish what is going on here but it didnt go very well. So they are calling more resources, taking their time, and adding that as long as they have time to talk there is hope. This person has a semiautomatic handgun. He threatened to use the gun on officers and himself. We have our specialists and our Tactical Unit on scene.
