We now know the death of an inmate at the Milwaukee County medical Examiners Office says Terrill Thomas died from dehydration. April 15th, thomas was arrested for allegedly shooting a man in the chest outside his parents home on milwaukees north side and then later allegedly firing shots inside potowatomi casino.
