Exercise of Options and Director/PDMR Shareholding Spectra Systems Corporation, a leader in machine-readable high speed banknote authentication, brand protection technologies, and gaming security software, announces the exercise of options by BJ Penn, Non-Executive Chairman of Spectra and Brian McLain, Chief Financial Officer of Spectra. Chairman Penn has exercised options over 60,000 shares of common stock of $0.01 each in the Company ( Shares ), with an exercise price of $0.60 per share. Chairman Penn has elected to pay cash for 25,000 options and to utilize the net cashless exercise feature for the remaining 35,000 options and has therefore paid the Company US$15,000 and surrendered 8,031 shares to the Company in respect of this exercise of options. Accordingly Chairman Penn will be issued 51,969 shares, increasing his interest in the issued share capital of the Company to 107,436 shares, representing 0.24% of its issued share capital.

The No. 9 Grand Canyon men s volleyball team swept No. 1 BYU in its home opener Thursday night, recording the second win in GCU Athletics history against a No. 1 ranked team and setting an NCAA record in a pivotal 45-43 second set.
The Lopes (2-3, 2-3 MSPF) won 25-22, 45-43, 25-10 against the Cougars (5-2, 5-2 MSPF) at GCU Arena with the second set breaking the NCAA men s volleyball record for the highest-scoring set. Freshman outside hitter Camden Gianni led the Lopes with 19 kills, five digs, four blocks and an ace to finish with 23.5 points and a .567 hitting percentage. BERLIN â A Newington man was charged after police said he was seen smashing the window of a car on Worthington Ridge and rummaging through it on Wednesday morning.Â
Brian McLain, 35, was charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny connection with car break-ins on Worthington Ridge and Oak Ridge Drive.
He was also served with an outstanding warrant.
