On the northwest corner of S&C Electric Co.’s 46-acre campus, the garden features 45 plant species and serves as a safe haven for birds, butterflies and bees.
The new state budget included $5 million dollars to design and launch a discounted fare program for low-income transit riders, details on how it will be implemented are still being worked out.
