Metro Atlanta has an extensive reputation for pumping out talent to the college level year in and out. North Cobb linebacker Joshua Josephs is one of the next players up.
The rising senior stands 6-foot-4 and weighs in at 214-pounds.
The recruiting process is very fluid and forever changing, but for the 2022 prospect, it has recently picked up steam. Over the past three months, it started to get rolling, so it s been good, Josephs said.
Josephs was quick to describe his style of play unbiasedly, giving his strengths and areas to work in. Aggressive but smart, he said. Better pass rusher than coverage player.

Josh Heupel introduced the five coaches who will comprise his defensive staff on Monday and spoke about their backgrounds and attributes. Tennessee’s new head football coach also had to answer for someone he didn’t hire.
He was asked about Kevin Steele, who was signed by Tennessee to a two-year contract for $450,000 annually just days before Jeremy Pruitt became UT’s former head coach. The ensuing drama resulted in Heupel being hired from Central Florida by his former boss, Danny White, who replaced Pruitt’s boss, Phillip Fulmer.

Three returning seniors expected to play big roles on the Michigan football team this fall describe a more energetic and youthful energy within the program these days.
The Wolverines returned to the field last week, kicking off their 15-practice spring schedule last Monday, Feb. 22, in Ann Arbor and with a largely new-look coaching staff on defense and restructured group on offense.

Tennessee announced the hiring of football assistant Brian Jean-Mary on Thursday in a manner befitting this sort of news. Well, there was one deviation from previous announcements.
Vols head coach Josh Heupel welcomed the former linebackers coach at Michigan as “a great fit” for UT’s staff and hailed his energy and experience. In the same sentence, though, Heupel also noted Jean-Mary’s “extensive success as a recruiter.”
