The four men who were involved in the death of a Hull dad who pleaded for his life as he was held face down on a train station floor will not face manslaughter charges, the CPS have said.
Mr Barnes suffered a cardiac arrest and hypoxic brain injury and died seven weeks later on December 2, 2016.
The incident can be seen in shocking video footage above.
