An Arlington, Texas man is facing a capital murder charge after being accused of fatally shooting a car dealer who was repossessing a loaner vehicle on Monday.
The man accused of shooting an Arlington car dealership owner as he was repossessing a loaner car is now facing a capital murder charge. Adel Elhindawi died in the hospital Thursday.
Arlington police announced an arrest in Monday’s shooting that left a car lot owner fighting for his life. The car lot owner was trying to get back a loaner car he gave to a customer. That's when police say the customer shot him.
