in new york. brian: right. these border patrol agents live in the middle of nowhere in order to stay at their job. they are not exactly in these thriving metropolises leave their families and work for four days and go back to their families. now they are not even allowed to do their job. they are day care workers. lawrence: they are not allowed to do foot pursuits to go after illegals runs away. they have been demoralized. they are not allowed to do their jobs. as a result, we have to have the conversation, is the country safe or are we even a country anymore? a country without borders is not a country. and part of the reason a lot of the folks are coming here right now, is because of the economic depression and because they weren t able to get citizenship in south america. why is america anything different? steve: lawrence, great reporting down there. and, you know, we are short-handed down there with border patrol. as the wife just said, unless
