Wilson, 31, allegedly entered a Stop & Shop grocery store Tuesday in West Hempstead, New York, and shot seven rounds toward five individuals with a .38 caliber semi-automatic handgun in the management offices on the second floor, according to Stephen Fitzpatrick, commanding officer of the Nassau County Police Department s homicide division.
