It was near bran nonand ninth streets. Friends of the victims tell abc7 news they were heading home from the nfl experience celebrating the super bowl. Police responded to the report of a car doing donuts in the intersection about 9 30 last night. When chp officers arrived they began a chase, but ended it because of danger to pedestrian.
