Its like a jungle just grew in your living room. Theres miles of pink insulation all over, just strewn everywhere, and holes. Through the roof. They believe lightning may have hit that tree. No one was injured. Lets check the forecast bennett. We were looking at a stormny afternoon and late morning. Fortunately the damage was fairly confined, mainly that home in south tampa. Gusts to 40 to 50 miles an hour in Pinellas County as the line of storms came through around 10 00 this morning. They did weaken as they moved inland. Now most of the showers and storms have moved off. A few sprinkles and clearing now, and you can see maybe a light shower. You can see a nice view there. And for tonight, temperatures going to be nearly as cold. We do have frost advisories that have been issued citrus and Hernando County from 1 00 a. M. 9 00 a. M. The Northern Counties could be dealing with frost by tomorrow morning. And temperatures now cooler along the coast, sitting in the mid to upper 50 east in 58 in new port richey. Morning, you know it was cold. We had the low of 38 in tampa and st. Petersburg. A lot of folks woke up to this, frost. This was taken by monique, taking a frostman in st. Petersburg. Then three hours later after it warmed up, this is the frostman. Temperatures warmed up in a hurry. Today we were about 30 degrees warmer during the afternoon hours than we started off the day. Right now we are 65 in tampa, 70 in zephyrhills, lakeland and northport. Satellite and radar, just a few clouds floating around but thats about it.
