For every five technical or skilled trades workers who retire, only two replace them. Cocoa Beach Elks Lodge #2387 members who have come from technical and trades careers, and many others, realize there is and will be a critical shortage of these essential skilled workers going forward.The Cocoa Beach Elks Lodge is kicking off a grassroots effort to support Technical and Vocational Trades education and career development through scholarships for local high school seniors.
