A traffic accident was reported just after 12:00 a.m. Saturday near the East College Parkway and Emerson Street. Traffic is currently blocked by at least three vehicles involved in the collision. There is a head injury and wrist injury involved amongst the people in the vehicles. Avoid the area if possible.
