LEXINGTON - Lexington police were on the scene of a death investigation Tuesday night at 31 Second Ave.
An officer at the scene Tuesday night said Lexington police Chief Brett Pauley would most likely be issuing a news release Wednesday morning. He said he could not provide any information.
Two units from the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation and Identification were on site.
Richland County coroner s investigator Bob Ball was on site too.

ROCHESTER, Minn. - One business that thrives during the summer months has decided to open its doors for the first time during the winter.
It was a plan put in place before the pandemic, but the pandemic accelerated the idea.
The Pauley Alpaca Company shaves the alpacas and sells items made from the fur in the gift shop, in addition to giving tours of the farm.

The village of Lexington has hired a new police officer in James Anderson, who is a 2014 Lexington High School graduate. Anderson also attended the North Central State College Police Academy.
