When Brett Mosley, Denver-based builder and co-owner of Hi^Wa Development, and Wife Julie set out to build their family s dream home, the foundation of their aesthetic was unanimously inspired by their love for travel. The couple met on a semester at sea and continued their adventures over the years, visiting countries and absorbing experiences that would help create their built-in retreat. Having a family with two little ones followed; however, they continued to explore, this time closer to home. Julie, being a native to Colorado and Brett from Hawaii, the couple was able to share nature at both ends of the spectrum with their family, again finding elements that fed their souls as much as their wanderlust.
