The search for Central Michigan University s next vice president and chief diversity officer is underway, led by committee co-chairs Senior Vice Provost Julia Johnson and Interim Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer Stan Shingles.
The vice president and chief diversity officer will play a key role in advancing CMU s goal to become a more inclusive institution. The person selected for the position will develop and implement a plan to further a diverse, inclusive and welcoming environment for all students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members.Â
