They dropped some rain in isolated areas near the coast, the peninsula and there was a report of light rain in napa earlier. The big story is this afternoon and this evening when the chance of showers and thunderstorms, lightning and hail rolls in. Locally heavy rain and gusty winds out there. The cloud cover is moving rapidly to the south. Behind it, 20mileperhour to 30mileperhour winds. We had gusts up to 54 Miles Per Hour on tamalpais. So the blustery conditions are, in fact, developing. As you head into the afternoon hours, temperatures wont change much. Upper 50s to low 60s.
