COLUMBUS, Ohio Police say a woman is recovering after she was shot in the right leg Friday night while lying in bed at her home in northeast Columbus.
Officers went to the 1800 block of Brentnell Avenue around 11:35 p.m. on a report of a shooting.
The victim told police she was lying in her bed when unknown suspects fired more than 30 shots at her home. One of the bullets hit her in the leg.
The woman was treated at the scene.

COLUMBUS, Ohio After the funeral service ended for Andre Hill, the man shot and killed by former Columbus Police Officer Adam Coy, his family led a procession to the Brentnell Recreation Center.
That s where Hill s family says he grew up, and loved to spend time there with family and friends.
Friends, family and supporters lined Brentnall Avenue, holding signs of peace and spelling Andre Hill s name.

COLUMBUS, Ohio A 15-year-old boy was shot Thursday morning in Columbus, police said.
Police were called to Nationwide Children s Hospital at around 11:15 a.m. because the teenager went to the hospital and said he was shot.
He told police he was walking in the area of Brentnell Avenue and Leonard Avenue when he heard multiple gunshots.
The teen ran away but realized he was shot in his leg.
The teen said he did not see where the shots came from and he could not provide a suspect description.
Police tried to find a scene, but could not find exactly where the shooting took place.
