A brush fire scorched between 10 and 15 acres in the Otay Mountain Wilderness east of the Otay Mesa community Friday, with the flames moving toward the U.S.-Mexico border
Capt. Pascua says in the last 24 hours, they’ve sent a couple of engines, bulldozers and seven hand crews to the Highland Fire. All of the personnel are assigned to different stations in the county.
