It is a taxi cab over there looked like it was the car that hit him. As you may know this has been a serious problem here in San Francisco. Five people have been killed this year in on a pedestrian accidents. The city is concerned with on a Pedestrian Safety that means widening sidewalks and making crosswalks. Two men are now in police custody, after authorities say, they took part in nearly 2 dozen Robberies Police say, the robberies all took place in the south bay.
