Cowboy 2021 position groups: Evaluating the wide receivers

Cowboy 2021 position groups: Evaluating the wide receivers Could the Cowboys finally become the offensive juggernaut we’ve been expecting? Photo by Adam Bettcher/Getty Images The Dallas Cowboys offense this season, just like last season, has the potential to be one of the top offenses in the NFL. Unfortunately, injuries at quarterback, offensive line, tight end, and nagging injuries at wide receiver derailed the chances of that happening last season. This season the Cowboys offense is coming back healthy according to the organization’s media blitz. Dak Prescott is returning from a devastating ankle injury and the team is also getting back tight end Blake Jarwin, and the offensive line should be back to normal.

Cowboys get a B grade for their 2021 undrafted free agent class

Cowboys get a “B” grade for their 2021 undrafted free agent class Yes, there are grades for everything, even the Cowboys UDFA class. Photo by Sean Gardner/Getty Images If there are grades for NFL drafted free agents, why not ones for the NFL’s undrafted free agents? It just so happens you’re in luck because there are such things. The grades the Cowboys got for their draft class were all over the place. Yesterday we noted that one person from ESPN gave the Cowboys a “D” grade while another gave them a “B”. That’s how it goes with subjective grades, it really is a grade of how closely the team matched the grader’s preconceived notions about who they should draft. None of it matters for a few years until we can use hard data to grade a draft.
