on. but we begin with derek valcourt with the latest on when schools will finally reopen. derek? reporter: all of this snow has caused so many problems with side streets, sidewalk. bus stops. and most say they need to give kids extra time to get to school for the rest of the week. a two-hour delay, it s a system many say will best allow students to come to class. carroll county, baltimore county, anne arundel and harford county all say they will delay by two weeks. giving them the extra two 2 hours allows them time for students to get to school, to take their time and get there in a proper manner. reporter: part of the problem, many schools are still digging out. teams of teachers and staff spent time clearing pathways and sidewalks. students could access the buildings. another major concern, bus stops like this one. never plowed out. which could force some students to walk in the streets. and in many areas, even some of the streets are still not passable. some of the
