Today we’re catching up with 19-year-old Brendan Eshom from the Gitga’at Nation, whom we were fortunate enough to have on the show way back in July of 2020.
It was JUST after he had launched a successful educational language app called the Sm’algyax Word of the Day, another of his digital efforts to preserve and teach others the Sm’algyax language.
Since then, Brendan has started University and in a strange twist, had to enlist the help of Global News to get his Sm’algyax Word of the Day app reinstated by the Apple App Store.
