WOOSTER - A Cleveland Clinic facility here recently was named one of America’s best outpatient surgery centers for 2021 by Newsweek magazine, according to a news release. Wooster Milltown Specialty and Surgery Center received the highest ranking in Ohio and one of the highest in the country on Newsweek’s list, the release states. “It consistently receives very high patient satisfaction scores, due in large part to the way the entire staff works together as a team to ensure safety and offer individualized care,” said Regional Operations Director Brenda Welch, in the release. “We are able to deliver a very personal touch, including reaching out to patients to help them prepare before their procedures and then follow up to see how they are doing afterward,” she said.
