A theft of a vehicle was reported at 2323 12th St. at 4:04 a.m. Wednesday. The vehicle was later located and released to the owner. The same vehicle was reported stolen again at 4:46 p.m. Wednesday, and was recovered in a rural part of Barton County. Garrett Sigmund was arrested following the second theft and booked on multiple charges in lieu of bond. A burglary in progress was reported at 4:59 a.m. Wednesday at 2106 29th St. Criminal threats were reported at 6:56 a.m. Wednesday at 2323 12th St.
