Shelton School District No. 309 (SSD) is requesting sealed bids for Shelton High School – MET Academy. The project scope includes the construction of a single building addition on the existing high school campus, the demolition and removal of 3 existing portables and the construction of additional new parking lot and maintenance to the existing faculty parking lot. The scope of work includes possible abatement of hazardous materials at the existing portables scheduled to be demolished. Estimated value of the work is approx. $3,000.000.00.
