(Fargo, ND) An early morning crash in Fargo involving multiple vehicles led to a citation single citation. The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the crash occurred at the intersection of I-29 and 25th Street South on the westbound exit ramp. Patrick William Lyons was born Feb. 2, 1952, to Virgil and Charlotte (Parks) Lyons of rural Boone. He graduated from Boone High School in 1970 and worked for Sandler Built Homes in Boone until enlisting in the Air Force in 1972. During his four years in the Air Force as a radar technician, he was stationed at Baudette Air Force Station in Minnesota and Tempelhof Central Airport in West Berlin, Germany.
