A 24-year-old businesswoman who promotes healthy eating has revealed the exact foods she ate that helped her shed 20 kilos - including sweet potato nachos and a banana protein smoothie.
Bree Lenehan, from Queensland, compiled a list of the ingredients and meals she suggested for keeping her full throughout the day while losing weight. Low calorie, high volume is the key, she said in her TikTok video.
Her list included popcorn, sweet potatoes, yoghurt, smoothies, eggs and nourish bowls that can mostly by made up of leftover ingredients.
