The cause of the dangerous driving which led to the death of a young woman and left her mother seriously injured will never be known.
The Circuit Court heard that motorist Karl Forster from Church Road in Ballindaggin drifted into the wrong lane near the Blackstoops roundabout in Enniscorthy.
The result was a horrendous crash which claimed the life of Aisling Dolan from New Ross and left Breda Dolan with long term injuries.
Forster pleaded guilty to dangerous driving causing death and serious bodily harm before Judge Martin Nolan.
