Clos Holm View, completed by Vale of Glamorgan Council, consists of 11 homes in total, all of which have been finished to exacting standards. The site in Barry contains one three-bedroom house, five two-bedroom houses, one three-bedroom adapted house, two four-bedroom adapted bungalows, one three-bedroom adapted bungalow and one two-bedroom adapted bungalow. This is the latest in a series of projects aimed at boosting the Council’s housing stock and follows the completion of a 28-home development at Brecon Court in the town last year.
